Most merchandise is shipped domestically via FedEx Ground, USPS or UPS Ground. Actual shipping time can take up to 7 business days. Oversized orders and orders to HI or AK may be charged additional shipping fees.
Shipping and handling charges are based on the particular products in your order. We calculate the cost on the basis of the product's weight, size, and shipping distance. Unfortunately, we cannot ship to a P.O. Box, APO/FPO.
Special Handling Requirements
Any special surcharges for oversized and heavy items are shown on the items description page on our website. The amount of that charge is added into the price of the item. These items usually ship direct from the manufacturer and will arrive separately from the rest of your order.
Merchandise Availability & Backorders
When an item is added to your shopping cart and is unavailable it will be has a special note on the description of that product. You can still buy the product and we will ship it to you as soon as it's available. We will notify you through email as soon as it becomes available. By placing a backorder, you enable us to ship the item to you as soon as it is available.
Damaged or Defective Merchandise
We take great pride in the quality of the merchandise we carry; therefore we take extreme care to pack shipments so they arrive safely and in excellent condition. In the rare instance that your merchandise arrives in a defective, damaged or incomplete condition, you must immediately notify our Customer Care department by email at firstname.lastname@example.org Attn: Customer Care and we will arrange a return, replacement and/or a credit/refund, please note that notification must be made within 72 hours of receiving your items.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING INFORMATION
Once your order is placed and the products are in stock, it is processed and shipped within 3-4 business days from our South Florida warehouse to a third-party international shipping facility. From there, the delivery time to you may vary depending on the final shipping destination and the shipping option you’ve chosen, economy or express.
Economy: Shipments are delivered to you 3-15* days after your order is received at our international shipping center.
Express: Shipments are delivered to you 1-5* days after your order is received at our international shipping center.
Please note for some countries you need to contact our Customer Care to estimate your shipping cost, countries in this list: Venezuela, Colombia, Argentina, and Ecuador.
Product Warranties for International Orders
Any and all products sold through www.myjellysandals.com are ONLY warrantied in the United States of America. By making a purchase through www.myjellysandals.com, you are buying your products within the United States. At checkout, when you opt to have your product/s shipped outside of the continental United States by a Third-Party International shipping company, you are acknowledging that you have read and understand the Terms & Conditions of our International Shipping Policies and that you are fully aware that NO warranty claims can be made outside of the United States.
Charges for International Shipping
Your shipping rates will vary depending on the total cubic volume of your order and the postal code of your final destination. Our website calculates these variables along with the best current shipping rates and/or fees and includes them in your order total. You will also be able to see these itemized charges at checkout before you complete your purchase. Therefore, there will not be any additional charges or duties when you receive your product.
Some countries may require VAT & Duty fees. If so, these charges are combined and will show up as a line item at checkout.
Certain items may or may not be available for international shipping depending on the destination country. Unfortunately, due to size and customs restrictions some of the products on our website are not available for international shipping.
International restrictions prohibit us from shipping orders with a combined weight in excess of 150lbs (68 kg) and/or orders in excess of $25,000 (US). If your order exceeds $25,000, please place multiple orders ensuring that each order is less than $25,000.
Our system may ask you to remove an item from your shopping cart if your destination country does not permit import of that particular item or if the manufacturer does not allow export of their product out of the U.S.
An order cannot be shipped to multiple addresses. If you’d like to ship to multiple addresses -- please place multiple orders.
Please note, once an international order has been submitted it cannot be changed or cancelled.
Automatically included with your order is Shipment Insurance. It protects your order against damage or loss while in transit and it only costs 2% of your orders total cost. It covers the value of your entire order. You can opt out of this service by simply clicking “Remove” next to the Insurance field before you submit your order.
Please note that without insurance, you can NOT file a claim for any loss or damage that occurred during the international shipping process. We take great pride in packaging our products in the most professional and safe manner; regardless we highly recommend purchasing insurance coverage, which will cover the following: International Shipping Charges, Merchandise, Duties, Currency Risk and Taxes
Shipping Internationally from within the U.S.
For our customers that live within the United States and want to ship products to friends or relatives residing outside of the Continental U.S., proceed through check out as usual and select “ship to different address.” In this field you will be able to select your recipient’s country. Our website will calculate all the taxes, customs tariffs, and international shipping charges that apply and you will still be able to pay in U.S. dollars and to use a U.S. credit card.
